One of the most important lessons we learned very early in our several decades of MA/MH packaging experience is the importance of good post-harvest handling, in particular temperature management. Strict temperature management is the single most important factor for prolonging the shelf life of fruits, vegetables and herbs so that they reach their final destination as fresh as possible. We establish protocols that are realistic and maintainable over time. Some practices are simple to execute, requiring no more than one training session with employees, and other measures are more involved. We service you based on your needs.
